Executive Suite

These spacious ground floor rooms have two single beds, prepared as either a king sized bed or separated (please let us know in advance), an en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a cosy seating area. The rooms also boast a 40 inch Smart TV with Netflix, ShowMax and YouTube. Room 12 is currently open for bookings, while Room 11 is set to follow late 2025. These rooms also have the standard Bluetooth enabled fan with built-in speaker.

An extra blanket and pillow is provided in the wardrobe for your convenience.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY

The electricity supply is 240V. All rooms have a standard 3-point plug, a 2-point plug and USB plug point.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Laundry services are presently unavailable. Regrettably irons are not available in rooms.

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is currently not available from the restaurant. Guests are invited to join us in the dining room for meals.

SAFE

All rooms have an electronic safe.

SMOKING

All our rooms are non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas.

TEA / COFFEE STATION

For your convenience a tea and coffee machine is in all rooms with a choice of tea and coffee, milk and sugar. Additional tea and coffee is available for purchase from the restaurant.

TELEVISION

All rooms boast a flat-screen SmartTV with a complimentary Netflix, ShowMax and YouTube. Take note that DSTV is not available but guests who have their own DSTV accounts are welcome to log in using the SmartTV streaming service.

TOILETRIES

We offer a liquid body wash and shampoo, as well as a body lotion. Regrettably we do not provide bars of soap. All bottled amenities are available to purchase at R150 per bottle. Please enquire with reception.

WI-FI

Free wireless internet is available to guests. For assistance, please contact reception.

FAQ

ARE ALL YOUR ROOMS THE SAME?
While all of our bedrooms are individually decorated, the rooms in this category offer the exact same facilities.  Room 11 and 12 offer garden and partial pool views. If you have any specific room requests, i.e. a photograph you have seen that you wish to stay in, please contact us. (Subject to availability.)

CAN I CHECK IN EARLIER / CHECK OUT LATER?
Check in is from 2pm to 10pm.  We understand that some guests may wish to arrive earlier due to other engagements elsewhere.  You are welcome to arrive at the property from 1pm and enjoy our on site facilities, complete your check in, and once the rooms are ready at 2pm the keys will be available to you. Check out is between 6am and 10am. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability; a late check out fee will apply. Checking out prior to our office hours should also be arranged in advance with our front desk.

CAN MY CHILDREN SHARE THE ROOM WITH US?
All our bedrooms have a 2 occupancy limit is therefore not suitable for parents who travel with children and wish to share the room. Separate bedrooms must be booked for extra occupants. Infants under 2 years are however more than welcome to share the bed with parents who travel as a couple, but kindly note that cribs / cots are not available at Grafiti and we recommend that parents bring this along. Please notify us upfront if you are travelling with infants.

Additionally, should families book separate bedrooms for parents and children, we invite guests to inform us of this as a matter of urgency. Not all bedrooms are located in the same vicinity and Grafiti will do its best to place the rooms as close as possible. This may not always be possible and is subject to availability. Alternatively we recommend booking our Family Room with Balcony for parents travelling with children.

CAN I BRING ALONG MY OWN FOOD & BEVERAGES?
Grafiti is not a self-catering venue and we kindly request that guests do not bring food with them.  Our bedrooms do not offer cooking facilities or microwaves.  There are no braai facilities available.  You are however welcome to bring along snacks such as crisps, sweets or biscuits to enjoy in the comfort of your room.

Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages along but we kindly request that should you be travelling with cooler boxes that these be left in the room. The outdoor areas are for the use of all guests and we sadly do not permit parties for guests travelling together as the spaces are shared. We recommend booking our conference venue for such an occasion.

WHERE IS MY ROOM LOCATED?
This roomtype is located on the groundfloor, within walking distance of the restaurant and swimming pool. If you book additional rooms that are in other room categories, note that they are not available close together.
